What is your refund policy?

Elites Funding assures your freedom by allowing you to request a refund if you do not begin trading within 14 days of registering. However, please note that once the trader starts trading on the account, the fee becomes non-refundable.

Are there any hidden fees? Are the fees recurrent?

No, we don’t charge any additional or hidden fees. There are absolutely no recurring fees with us.

Can I buy a new account with my profit?

Yes, you can use your withdrawable profits to purchase a new account as long as the amount of your profits is equal to, or more than the registration fee required for the new account.

How can i purchase a Challenge?

You can either make an account first on https://member.elitesfunding.com using your desired password and then purchase a challenge, or you can directly purchase a challenge from our homepage https://elitesfunding.com and if you don’t already have an account with us, we will create one for you with a generated password which you will receive over email. You can later update your password from Member Area.

How many accounts can I have?

We do not limit the amount of active challenges that you can have but please keep in mind that we only fund each user up to $300,000. So your funded accounts must never exceed this amount.

What payment methods are available?

Currently you can pay for an Elites Funding challenge via debit/credit card or digital currencies.

If you wish to pay via a digital currency, we have 2 methods available, one with direct wallet connection and another one with manual transfer ( see more details at checkout page).

I paid for a challenge, when will i get the trading account?

Normally you should receive your trading account within a few minutes after payment.

In the case of cred/debit card payments, sometimes the orders get transfered to manual verification and it could take up to 12 hours to receive your trading account.

When we create your trading account, you will receive a notification by email. Please monitor your mailbox, including spam/junk folders.

Where can I see my orders?

You can see all orders tied to an email address inside the Member Area. If you did not have an account before you placed the order, an account will be created for you and the credentials will be sent over email.

Inside the Member Area you can see all your orders, including the Pending and Failed ones. At any point you can resume payment for a past pending or failed order without having to create a new one.
