Refunds After Successful Challenge Completion
Upon successfully completing a challenge and entering the funded phase, you may become eligible to receive a refund of your initial sign-up fee.
This refund is not issued immediately upon passing. It is processed together with your first payout request, provided that you have generated sufficient eligible profits and satisfied all payout requirements, including any minimum trading day requirements and compliance checks applicable to your account.
The refund of the sign-up fee is issued at the time of the first approved payout and is subject to compliance with all applicable platform rules, terms, and policies.
Standard Refund Policy
Elites Funding offers refunds only for accounts on which no trades have been placed and only if the refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
If no trading activity has occurred on the account during this 14-day period, you may request a refund by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by email at [email protected].
Once any trading activity has commenced on the account, the purchase fee becomes strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the challenge outcome, account status, or subsequent account performance.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your payment method or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to be credited back to your bank account, card, or digital wallet.
Dispute Policy
Elites Funding strictly prohibits improper disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals initiated through banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other financial institutions where a valid purchase has been made in accordance with our Terms and this Refund Policy.
Clients who improperly dispute charges or initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from the platform. In such cases, all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated immediately, and any pending, scheduled, or future payouts may be cancelled or forfeited.
Where a dispute or chargeback is initiated in bad faith, Elites Funding reserves the right to challenge the claim, submit supporting evidence to the payment provider, and take any further action deemed necessary to protect its business, systems, and contractual rights.

Exceptions
In limited and exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or confirmed technical issues attributable to Elites Funding, a refund may be issued outside the standard policy at Elites Funding’s sole and absolute discretion.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and nothing in this section shall be interpreted as creating an entitlement or automatic right to a refund.
