Refunds After Successful Completion of a Challenge
Upon successfully completing a challenge with our firm and entering the funded phase, you will be eligible for a refund of the initial sign-up fee. However, the refund will only be issued with your first withdrawal once you have generated sufficient profits that are at least eqal with the sign-up fee.
Refund Policy
Elites Funding offers full refunds for accounts that have not placed any trades in the first 14 days after purchasing the challenge. If you have not executed any trades on your account and wish to request a refund, please contact our Live Chat or Email Support. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and it may take an additional 2-4 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank account or crypto wallet.
Dispute Policy
